About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to own relationships and support day-to-day operations for a portfolio of healthcare clinics. In this role, you’ll act as both the relationship lead and project manager—helping clinics onboard smoothly, receive timely support, and stay highly satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships for assigned clinic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build trust-based partnerships with clinic stakeholders.
- Run monthly and quarterly client calls to review performance, share updates, and align on action plans.
- Lead onboarding for new clinics and coordinate internal efforts to ensure a seamless start.
Requirements
- Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience coordinating projects and managing operational workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment with limited structure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially within complex processes.
