About the Role
Interfell is seeking a Senior Art Director / Graphic Designer to lead visual concepts and build creative assets across print and digital channels. You’ll help bring marketing strategy to life through cohesive design that stays aligned with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and campaign assets for marketing initiatives
- Design engaging materials for both print and digital channels
- Maintain brand consistency by applying visual standards and guidelines
- Produce digital assets for web, email, and social media
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design stakeholders to deliver unified campaigns
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery
- Ensure consistent look and feel across all communications
- Provide creative direction and support to designers and contributors
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear visual solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director and/or Senior Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across print and digital
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently
- Experience producing assets for web, email, and social channels
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and managing creative deliverables
- Knowledge of print and digital production file preparation
