About the Role
We’re seeking a junior Schedule Analyst to help ensure capital improvement projects are planned and executed on schedule. In this role, you’ll build and maintain detailed CPM-based project schedules in Primavera P6, perform basic schedule analysis, and share schedule insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CPM logic-driven, quantity-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 using company-standard templates and inputs from the Project Management Team
- Manage schedule integrity across the project lifecycle by keeping plans accurate and aligned with project requirements
- Run basic schedule analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, engineering design, and construction, to support timely decision-making
- Interpret contract schedule requirements and help ensure project timelines remain compliant
Requirements
- Working knowledge of CPM/GPM scheduling concepts
- Proficiency with Primavera P6
- Ability to communicate schedule findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with project schedules and timelines
