About the Role
Compass Health Network is seeking a full-time School-Based Therapist to deliver mental health services directly in the school setting. This Monday–Friday position (8:00am–5:00pm) is designed for clinicians who want to support children and adolescents where they learn, while partnering closely with school staff and families.
This role serves Calloway Elementary and North Elementary in the Jefferson City (Holt Summit) School District.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services to students and support their social-emotional well-being
- Collaborate with educators and school teams to improve access to care
- Work with families to address student needs and support positive outcomes
- Contribute to an integrated, supportive clinical team focused on compassionate care and early intervention
Requirements
- Experience or training in delivering behavioral health services to children and adolescents
- Ability to work effectively with school staff, students, and families
- Commitment to compassionate, clinically excellent care
