About the Role
Make a real difference in local schools as a BrightBee Paraprofessional. You’ll help students learn, grow, and succeed by providing direct support to individuals or assisting in a classroom setting alongside certified teachers.
You may work 1:1 with a student or support a class, depending on the assignment. BrightBee partners with multiple school districts, and your interview will cover the specific sites and opportunities available.
Responsibilities
- Support students with severe needs through individualized or classroom-based assistance
- Work alongside teachers to reinforce learning and daily routines
- Provide encouragement and help students stay engaged and on track
- Adapt to different assignments across participating school sites
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in working with students who have severe needs
- Ability to support learning in 1:1 and group settings
- Reliability and flexibility to work across available school schedules
