About the Role

Make a meaningful impact in local schools as a BrightBee Paraprofessional supporting students with severe needs. You’ll help learners build skills, grow in confidence, and stay engaged—whether you’re working one-on-one or supporting a classroom alongside a teacher.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students, including 1:1 assistance when assigned
• Assist classroom instruction and support daily learning activities
• Follow guidance from teachers and collaborate to meet student needs
• Support learning in school settings across partner districts

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest working with students who have significant needs
• Ability to support classroom routines and follow directions
• Reliability and flexibility to work 2–5 days per week (Mon–Fri)
