About the Role
Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement to support the procurement team in building strategic vendor relationships and sourcing equipment needed to move forward a multi-gigawatt renewable energy pipeline. You’ll help ensure owner-furnished high-voltage and solar equipment is delivered on time and meets quality expectations.
This is a hybrid role reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement (Solar & HV), and it can be based in Houston, TX; Denver, CO; or Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement strategy and execution for owner-furnished high-voltage and solar equipment
- Coordinate with vendors to support timely delivery, quality, and project readiness
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation for procurement workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned on equipment timelines
- Help facilitate communication across procurement, engineering, and project teams
Requirements
- Knowledge of solar, high-voltage (HV), and grid infrastructure technology
- Understanding of the renewable energy industry and related supply chains
- Ability to support procurement processes with strong coordination and follow-through
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
