About the Role
Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a Secondary Math Master Educator and Instructional Coach to support schools in Georgia. This contract role is designed for experienced, retired, or former educators who want to reignite their passion for teaching and drive measurable improvements in math instruction.
In this onsite position in Albany, you’ll partner with school staff to strengthen teaching practices, enhance student outcomes, and help schools implement continuous improvement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Coach and support teachers to improve secondary math instruction and classroom effectiveness
- Collaborate with school teams to identify needs and develop targeted instructional solutions
- Model best practices and support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Use expertise in mathematics to inform planning, resources, and instructional adjustments
- Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on student success
Requirements
- Experience as a secondary math educator (retired or former educator welcome)
- Strong instructional coaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of math instruction and effective classroom strategies
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with school staff
- Commitment to improving student outcomes and supporting educators
