About the Role
Roku is seeking a Security Engineer to help strengthen trust and security across our TV streaming ecosystem. You’ll work with a collaborative team to protect users, platforms, and partners while supporting Roku’s mission to connect the entire TV world.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to security engineering efforts focused on trust, integrity, and platform safety
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve security posture
- Support the design and implementation of security controls and best practices
- Help drive continuous improvements through testing, monitoring, and incident learnings
Requirements
- Experience in security engineering or a related security-focused role
- Strong understanding of security principles and threat modeling
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders across the organization
