About the Role
We’re seeking a Lead SSO Analyst to support CLAM Meio Ambiente operations in Vale contract areas. This onsite role is responsible for technical leadership of the Safety team and for ensuring field activities comply with occupational safety and SSO standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision to the Safety Technicians team
- Monitor operational activities in the field to ensure compliance with SSO requirements
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Support incident investigations and track corrective action plans
- Develop safety indicators, technical reports, and improvement plans
- Serve as the liaison with Vale oversight and operational leadership
Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering
- Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering
- Valid CNH (Driver’s License) category B
