About the Role
Lantern is seeking a Security Operations Engineer to help protect our specialty care platform and support the teams that keep our services reliable. You’ll use structured, logic-driven decision making to identify issues early, improve security posture, and drive continuous progress.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security events and help investigate potential incidents
- Support ongoing improvements to security operations processes and tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks and strengthen controls
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and operational readiness for security activities
Requirements
- Strong logic-based problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in security operations or a related security function
