About the Role
Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company as a Senior Accountant on the Accounting & Finance team. You’ll work closely with the CFO in a highly visible role supporting scalable accounting processes and helping drive financial clarity as the organization continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform leadership decisions
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and finance initiatives
- Help build scalable reporting and workflows as the company expands
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting (senior-level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and multiple stakeholders
- Remote-friendly communication and time management across time zones
Benefits
- $95,000–$115,000 base salary
