About the Role
Viant is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a fast-paced digital advertising technology organization. In this role, you’ll help strengthen the financial close process by working with large data sets and partnering closely with the general ledger team to ensure timely, accurate results.
Responsibilities
- Own select components of the monthly financial close process, including meeting established deadlines
- Prepare and perform financial statement flux analysis for assigned areas
- Coordinate with general ledger team members to streamline close activities and reporting
- Support accounting management with internal and external audit request coordination
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and handle internal reporting and ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements
- Experience supporting monthly close processes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in flux analysis
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with large data sets and structured accounting workflows
