Senior Manager, Operations Accounting (Data Center Infrastructure) | Hybrid

About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Operations Accounting for Data Center Infrastructure. This role partners across engineering, construction, and finance to ensure strong accounting governance and financial controls for large-scale data center buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting governance and financial control for data center construction programs
• Manage construction-in-progress (CIP) accounting, including supporting documentation and review
• Oversee fixed asset capitalization and depreciation processes for infrastructure assets
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls and support audit readiness for relevant processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure costs are classified and recorded accurately
• Drive process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls

Requirements

• Experience in operations accounting, fixed assets, and/or construction accounting (CIP)
• Strong understanding of capitalization and depreciation principles
• Experience supporting SOX controls, audits, or compliance efforts
• Demonstrated ability to partner with technical and operational stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred)
