About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior AI Backend Engineer to help build production-grade infrastructure and APIs for intelligent systems. You’ll work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable backend services that support AI model and agent workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services for AI agent execution and orchestration
- Develop AI agent systems for complex operational workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse
- Orchestrate hybrid model pipelines across providers (e.g., OpenAI and Google Gemini) and self-hosted or fine-tuned LLMs
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering expertise with proficiency in one or more major languages (Python, Java, Go, Rust, or Kotlin)
- Solid understanding of AI models and agent concepts, including how to operationalize them in production
- Experience building scalable APIs and backend systems that integrate with LLM/agent tooling
