About the Role
Cint is seeking a Senior Analyst of Project Support to help deliver online and digital market research projects across multiple regions and time zones. You’ll work closely with a technology leader and the Global Coverage Team to keep projects running smoothly—especially during coverage gaps outside regional business hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client and internal requests to support day-to-day project delivery
- Troubleshoot project-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Monitor project health and flag risks that may impact delivery
- Coordinate with regional teams to handle urgent requests and maintain continuity
- Provide prompt, professional communication during handoffs and escalations
- Support client experience by ensuring issues are raised and addressed appropriately
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple complex online market research projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable with proactive feedback habits
- Ability to join client calls confidently and represent the team professionally
- Reliable high-speed internet to support worldwide communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the online market research ecosystem
- Experience with programmatic sampling
- Survey design experience in tools such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
- Market research coursework or related experience
- Microsoft Excel certification

Schedule: This role requires working US CST shifts and weekends, with two days off per week.
