About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the CloudFuzion Replacement Program. You’ll partner with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across multiple workstreams, including cloud infrastructure, modern web applications, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and drive structured discovery with stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and map them to solution needs
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including requirements, workflows, and validation artifacts
- Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, QA, UX, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment
- Validate solutions by ensuring requirements are met and outcomes are testable
Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst in enterprise technology programs
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in documenting processes and translating them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with cloud and web application initiatives (including AI-enabled features)
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and workstreams
