About the Role
Reddit is entering an exciting phase of innovation and growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Business Engineer to help drive our Ads ecosystem forward. The Ads Business Engineering team partners across engineering, product, sales, and business development to deliver technical solutions that enable technology partners, agencies, and advertisers to integrate smoothly with Reddit’s advertising platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver technical solutions for Ads integrations
- Provide technical expertise that supports product goals, partner needs, and go-to-market efforts
- Work with engineering and business stakeholders to identify requirements, define approaches, and drive execution
- Support technical enablement for agencies and advertisers to ensure successful integration and adoption
- Contribute to continuous improvement of partner and integration processes
Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience supporting business-facing engineering work
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (engineering, product, sales, or business development)
- Comfort troubleshooting integration and adoption issues in a fast-paced setting
