About the Role
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Systems team. Building on our recent Workday Financials go-live, you will act as the internal functional lead for Workday Business Assets and Lease Management. You’ll own the design and configuration of the processes that govern the full lifecycle of our assets and leases—from compute and data center needs to our global real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional owner for Workday Business Assets and Lease Management
- Design, configure, and refine end-to-end asset and lease lifecycle processes
- Partner with Finance, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
- Support system improvements as Anthropic scales, ensuring data accuracy and operational reliability
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and change management for Finance systems enhancements
- Document requirements, workflows, and configuration decisions to enable long-term maintainability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting Finance systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of asset and lease accounting concepts and lifecycle workflows
- Experience owning functional design and configuration for enterprise applications
- Ability to gather requirements, drive alignment across teams, and communicate clearly
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
