About the Role
Babylist is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead and expand a portfolio of brand partnerships spanning media, content, and experiential offerings. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll help bring partner brands to life through custom showroom activations, branded content series, social impact programming, and new partnership formats. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building long-term relationships and delivering value beyond individual transactions.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of brand partnerships and drive growth across multiple partnership channels
- Develop consultative partnership strategies that align partner goals with Babylist’s audience and products
- Lead end-to-end partnership deal cycles, from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and ongoing management
- Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality activations and content initiatives
- Evaluate partnership opportunities with a long-term mindset, including recommending “no” when alignment isn’t right
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in media, ad sales, retail media, or experiential partnerships (ideally within a consumer brand or publisher environment)
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and manage partnerships over time
- Strong understanding of the full partnership deal cycle and consultative selling
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally to deliver brand experiences and content
