About the Role
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Senior Analyst to strengthen our Capital Markets and Corporate Development efforts. In this role, you’ll help drive strategic growth through partnerships, capital raises, and acquisition opportunities as Lambda scales its AI cloud infrastructure.
Work mode: This position requires being in our San Francisco office (Fremont St) or upcoming New York City office 4 days per week. Your designated work-from-home day is currently Tuesday.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end acquisition execution, including target screening, diligence coordination, and transaction support
- Assist with capital markets activities related to debt and equity raises
- Contribute to financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Help evaluate partnership opportunities and support business development initiatives
- Collaborate across finance, legal, and executive stakeholders to advance corporate development priorities
Requirements
- Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a closely related finance role
- Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining financial models
- Comfort working with complex transaction processes and supporting due diligence
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
