About the Role
Ardent is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analytics Manager to support mission-critical work for the federal government. In this role, you’ll help strengthen national security by turning security data into actionable insights, improving detection and response capabilities, and enabling resilient operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity analytics efforts across detection, investigation, and reporting
- Oversee the development and tuning of analytics that improve visibility into threats
- Coordinate with security, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements into measurable outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and incident support workflows
- Communicate performance and risk insights to stakeholders, including leadership and technical teams
Requirements
- Experience managing cybersecurity analytics, SIEM use cases, or related security monitoring programs
- Strong understanding of threat detection concepts, log/telemetry analysis, and incident workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
