Senior Cybersecurity Consultant (Application Security) | Hybrid

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to lead application security and cybersecurity governance activities across business-managed applications. You’ll support risk management, operational governance, and drive application security risk assessments while partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, and security and risk/control groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform, manage, and improve application security risk assessments for business-managed applications
• Lead cybersecurity governance activities tied to application security and solution design reviews
• Collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to identify risks and recommend practical security improvements
• Support the application security program through assessment execution, enhancements, and continuous improvement
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in application security and cybersecurity risk assessment
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a solid understanding of security governance and controls
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams, including business stakeholders and security partners
• Experience leading or supporting security assessments and remediation guidance
