About the Role

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional teams do knowledge work by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to help accelerate adoption and scale our impact as we grow across 60+ countries.

This is a high-ownership role at an inflection point—ideal for someone who enjoys building experiments, improving systems, and partnering closely with product and engineering to turn insights into measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments across the funnel
  • Build and improve instrumentation to measure user behavior and outcomes
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to identify opportunities and prioritize work
  • Automate growth workflows and optimize performance for key user journeys
  • Analyze results, document learnings, and scale what works

Requirements

  • Experience building growth-focused systems, experiments, or analytics pipelines
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort shipping production improvements
  • Proficiency with data/metrics and the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience working in fast-moving product environments with high ownership
