About the Role

This is a high-ownership role at an inflection point—ideal for someone who enjoys building experiments, improving systems, and partnering closely with product and engineering to turn insights into measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments across the funnel
- Build and improve instrumentation to measure user behavior and outcomes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to identify opportunities and prioritize work
- Automate growth workflows and optimize performance for key user journeys
- Analyze results, document learnings, and scale what works
Requirements
- Experience building growth-focused systems, experiments, or analytics pipelines
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort shipping production improvements
- Proficiency with data/metrics and the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working in fast-moving product environments with high ownership
