About the Role
SeatGeek is transforming the live events industry with a fan-first, data-driven approach. As a Senior Data Analyst on our Product Analytics team, you’ll help Product, Engineering, and Design teams turn insights into better experiences for fans and stronger outcomes for partners.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, can connect business strategy to product and marketing performance, and is passionate about finding the most meaningful opportunities to improve results.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design partners to define what success looks like and how to measure it
- Analyze product and marketing data to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities
- Build and maintain analyses and reporting that inform product decisions and experimentation
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders across teams
- Support data-informed strategy by identifying key metrics and improving measurement quality
Requirements
- Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in product analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business and user outcomes
- Experience working with product and/or marketing datasets and measurement frameworks
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving projects to completion
