About the Role
Join a HealthTech team as a Senior Data Architect to shape the data architecture for a next-generation integrated care platform. You’ll help unify data across multiple partners, customers, programs, and clinical conditions through a configurable, secure, and high-performing data foundation.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise data architecture spanning clinical, operational, financial, and analytics systems
- Build scalable data platforms to support reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption
- Define integration strategies that enable reliable data flow across systems and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure security, quality, and compliance
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Analytics, and business leaders to deliver data solutions aligned to product goals
Requirements
- Proven experience designing enterprise data architectures for multi-domain (clinical, operational, financial, analytics) environments
- Strong background in scalable data platform and integration architecture
- Experience implementing data governance and security-focused data practices
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
