About the Role
Join our data engineering team as a Senior Data Engineer, helping power the organization’s data platform. You’ll design and deliver scalable data pipelines and models that improve decision-making across teams, while ensuring reliability, quality, and usability of the data ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data services and solutions that support key company products (e.g., feature storage and synthetic data management)
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver cross-functional initiatives and end-to-end data projects
- Build high-quality data pipelines and data models focused on accuracy and performance
- Implement processes and checks to maintain strong data quality and support downstream consumers
- Support teams with clean, actionable datasets that enable analytics and product work
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills with experience building and tuning data transformations
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering workflows and pipeline development
- Solid data modeling experience with an emphasis on scalability and maintainability
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-engineering environment and communicate technical tradeoffs
- Onsite presence required in our New York City office 4 days per week; no immigration support provided
