About the Role
Roblox is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help improve the consumer experience across our frontend products. You’ll work on data-driven solutions at scale, using analytics and machine learning to understand user behavior and drive product decisions that make shared experiences safer and more engaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy data science models and experiments to measure impact on consumer engagement and experience quality.
- Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to define metrics, hypotheses, and success criteria.
- Analyze large-scale behavioral and interaction data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Design rigorous A/B tests and evaluate results to guide product iteration.
- Communicate findings clearly and help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with strong applied modeling and experimentation skills.
- Expertise with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience building end-to-end analytics workflows and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Ability to present complex results in a clear, stakeholder-friendly way.
