About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help drive mission-focused analytics and modernization work across the Intelligence Community. In this role, you’ll turn large, complex datasets into actionable insights, improve analytic workflows, and build scalable solutions that support enterprise decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced analytics that convert complex intelligence data into clear, stakeholder-ready insights
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, automation strategies, and analytic processes
- Build data models and apply machine learning/advanced statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reporting to communicate findings effectively to mission teams
- Develop and maintain software components that support analytic workflows and operational needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a data scientist with advanced analytics, data modeling, and visualization
- Strong ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable conclusions
- Experience building scalable pipelines and automation for data/analytics workflows
- Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding analytic or engineering efforts
