About the Role
SimpliSafe is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and improve the infrastructure and platforms that power our technology. You’ll join a collaborative, no-ego culture focused on innovation and meaningful impact—supporting every home we protect.
Work Model
This role follows a hybrid schedule. Team members come together in our Boston office on two core days each week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), with flexibility for the rest of the week to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and maintain CI/CD and deployment workflows
- Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline infrastructure and operations
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering or related infrastructure roles
- Strong skills with automation and infrastructure tooling
- Experience supporting cloud-based systems in production environments
