About the Role
Microsoft is seeking a Senior Director to lead business operations within the Revenue Operations engine. In this role, you will drive large-scale transformation through continuous improvement and AI automation, delivering measurable value for customers while modernizing how Microsoft runs critical processes.
Microsoft Business Operations manages four cross-company workflows that impact customers globally: quote-to-cash, product launch, partner and supplier lifecycle, and risk and compliance. You will lead one major quote-to-cash process/segment area end to end, setting direction and building the operating model that enables scale, speed, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ownership of a large-scale quote-to-cash process/segment area, including process design, execution, and performance management.
- Drive step-change continuous improvement to raise the bar for operational excellence across teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify automation opportunities and apply AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
- Establish and evolve an operating model that supports consistent execution, governance, and measurable results.
- Manage transformation at pace, ensuring scalable adoption of new ways of working across the organization.
- Use data and performance insights to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and drive continuous learning.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience leading complex, end-to-end business operations or revenue operations programs.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies and large-scale transformation.
- Experience implementing or scaling automation and AI-enabled solutions in business workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across functions, influence stakeholders, and deliver results at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and execution.
