Senior Director, Fund Administration (Real Estate Credit) - Remote

About the Role

Juniper Square is looking for a Senior Director to lead fund administration for real estate credit strategies. In this role, you’ll help ensure our fund operations run efficiently, accurately, and at scale—supporting GPs and strengthening the experience for LPs across the private markets lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive fund administration operations for real estate credit products, ensuring strong service quality and operational consistency
• Oversee process design, operational controls, and workflow execution across key fund administration activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve reporting, data quality, and turnaround times
• Lead and mentor teams, setting clear priorities and performance expectations
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance automation and standardization where it improves outcomes

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in fund administration, fund operations, or related private markets operations
• Strong understanding of real estate credit structures, investor reporting, and fund accounting workflows
• Proven ability to manage complex operations, enforce controls, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology, data, and operations stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align teams
