About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead the technical execution and day-to-day operations of email campaigns across multiple product lines. You’ll own the email campaign roadmap, ensure timely content delivery, and drive results through revenue and loyalty-focused messaging.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture of email campaigns, including AMPscript, SQL query workflows, dynamic content, and data extension design.
- Manage campaign execution and operational workflow to support the overall email marketing strategy.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure reliable deployment, testing, and performance of email sends.
- Drive business outcomes through the email channel, including revenue growth and loyalty metrics.
- Maintain the email roadmap and coordinate content delivery schedules with cross-functional partners.
- Lead and support a team of 5+ email marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching for daily execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, and Support teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Requirements
- Strong technical email marketing experience, including hands-on campaign builds and deployment.
- Proficiency with AMPscript and SQL for segmentation, personalization, and data-driven messaging.
- Experience designing and managing data extensions and dynamic content logic.
- Demonstrated ability to manage email operations, testing processes, and campaign quality.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across marketing and product functions.
