About the Role
Stepful is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead client success initiatives for healthcare education partners. In this role, you’ll help ensure training programs deliver measurable outcomes for learners and the institutions that rely on Stepful to build talent pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Own client engagement plans and drive adoption of Stepful programs from kickoff through ongoing success
- Manage relationships with partner stakeholders to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and improve program performance
- Track key success metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback from clients and internal partners
Requirements
- Experience in client success, account management, or engagement leadership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfort partnering across teams (e.g., operations, product, support) to deliver results
- Data-informed mindset with experience monitoring and improving performance metrics
