About the Role
Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Leader to serve as a subject matter expert for assigned machinery systems. You will design and detail mechanical systems, manage multiple complex projects, and help ensure our automation equipment is assembled and operates according to customer and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate, cost-effective drawings, including system layouts, component drawings, and detailed equipment drawings
- Ensure designs support quality and safety expectations
- Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from engineering through delivery
- Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, and key engineering deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to align design intent with assembly and operational performance
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering projects involving mechanical systems
- Strong ability to produce detailed, error-free technical drawings
- Knowledge of machinery design considerations for performance, safety, and manufacturability
- Proven capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Work Model & Benefits
- Hybrid schedule: onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Mon–Thu) with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday
