About the Role
Redwood Materials is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you’ll provide high-impact financial planning and analysis while partnering directly with executive leadership to support strategic decisions for the business and the board.
Responsibilities
- Own complex financial modeling and reporting workstreams end-to-end
- Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, and performance reporting for leadership
- Translate business needs into actionable insights through rigorous FP&A analysis
- Operate independently and manage priorities across competing deliverables
- Support strategic planning by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and building/maintaining models
- Strong skills in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to manage complex analyses with minimal supervision
- Comfort presenting insights clearly to senior leaders
