About the Role
Solidigm is looking for a Senior Firmware Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain the engineering infrastructure that supports next-generation SSD firmware development. You’ll own the systems, toolchains, and workflows that allow firmware teams to develop, build, and release embedded software reliably and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable firmware build systems across multiple SSD product architectures
- Own the end-to-end firmware build and release process, from source to validated deliverables
- Improve build reliability and efficiency through automation, monitoring, and continuous refinement
- Manage source control workflows and branching/release processes to support fast, safe iteration
- Partner with firmware and software teams to integrate infrastructure changes smoothly into development
- Contribute to an Agile culture by communicating progress, risks, and improvements across functions
Requirements
- Strong DevOps and build engineering experience supporting complex software delivery pipelines
- Experience with firmware or embedded software build/release workflows
- Proficiency with source control and collaborative development practices
- Hands-on experience automating builds, tests, and release processes
- Ability to troubleshoot pipeline issues and drive improvements with measurable outcomes
