About the Role
Glint Tech Solutions is partnering with a major technology enterprise to hire a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (SDE 4). In this backend-leaning, hands-on role, you’ll help build internal Incident Management Tools for Central Technical Operations Services (C-TOS). Your work will reduce operational toil, improve incident response efficiency, and help teams move faster.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end—from design and implementation to testing and production release, without relying on a separate QA handoff
- Design, develop, and deliver production-ready enhancements for internal incident management tooling
- Build and improve internal platforms that support incident workflows and operational efficiency
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with complex dependencies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-impact improvements that increase team capacity
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience with a backend-leaning focus
- Proven ability to take features from concept through deployment
- Experience building internal tools or operational platforms
- Comfort working in dependency-heavy systems and shipping reliably
- Strong testing mindset to ensure production readiness
