About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Regional Director to lead U.S. East data center operations across multiple sites. You will set regional standards to ensure high levels of performance, reliability, safety, and operational excellence, while partnering closely with site leadership to execute day-to-day priorities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple U.S. East data center locations and drive consistent execution of regional standards
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate performance, reliability, and process adherence
- Support emergency response efforts and help coordinate effective incident management
- Mentor and guide site operations teams to strengthen operational maturity and accountability
- Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and track progress toward measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in data center operations, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices for reliability, safety, and performance
- Experience with incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Ability to travel frequently and maintain an on-site presence across the region
- Excellent communication skills to influence and align cross-site teams
