About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a program leader within Product Engineering to help drive the successful execution of products, platforms, processes, and internal tools. In this role, you’ll coordinate across engineering, product, and operations to ensure initiatives are delivered with clarity, speed, and high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program planning and delivery across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies to keep complex initiatives on track
- Partner with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans and operational execution
- Track progress, surface risks early, and drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum
- Support continuous improvement of processes and tooling used by product engineering teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management or program leadership within a product/engineering environment
- Strong ability to work across functions and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills for aligning teams and stakeholders
- Comfort managing complex projects with multiple moving parts and tight timelines
