About the Role

In this senior role, you’ll lead global sourcing and supply execution for battery and raw material commodities that directly impact Starlink’s performance and bottom-line results.
Responsibilities
- Own procurement, planning, and fulfillment activities for battery and raw material supply needs.
- Develop and execute supplier strategies, including supplier development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Drive commodity strategy and long-term sourcing plans based on demand, risk, and availability.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage inventory, logistics, and fulfillment to meet program requirements.
- Collaborate with supplier quality teams to ensure quality expectations are met and sustained.
- Manage supplier relationships across the global supply chain to support scale and continuity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in global procurement and supply management, ideally within electronics, energy storage, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong skills in negotiation, supplier contract management, and pricing strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage inventory and logistics for high-volume programs.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes across procurement, engineering, quality, and operations.
- Comfort building commodity strategies and managing supplier development initiatives.
