About the Role
PerfectServe is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market Systems Engineer to support and improve the technology that enables our sales and customer-facing teams. You’ll help ensure our systems, data, and integrations work reliably so we can accelerate speed to care through better scheduling and real-time clinical communications.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain go-to-market systems and integrations that support revenue operations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to understand workflows and translate needs into technical solutions
- Own system reliability by monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving performance across critical platforms
- Automate data flows and streamline processes to improve data quality and reduce manual effort
- Document solutions and contribute to engineering best practices for maintainability and scalability
Requirements
- Strong experience building and supporting go-to-market or customer-facing systems
- Proficiency with integration patterns, APIs, and data synchronization
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and improving system reliability
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and communicating technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment supporting teams across the US and Canada
