About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Hardware/Software Design Engineer to support FPGA and DSP-based development work for federal contract programs. This role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph (within the last five years) and US citizenship due to government contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement digital signal processing (DSP) and related technical components in FPGA to support code base integration
- Develop and maintain FPGA designs and interfaces for DSP functionality
- Apply DSP theory to practical FPGA implementations
Requirements
- US citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (completed within the last five years)
- 8+ years of experience as a hardware/software design engineer on programs of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience with FPGA coding and interfacing
- Strong understanding of DSP theory and application
- Familiarity with development tooling such as Vivado
- Experience with C/C++ (including integration work) and Epiq/Epiq Solution PDK (as applicable)
