As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve workforce performance, and support long-term business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and functional leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives and support organizational design decisions.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters and help implement effective solutions.
- Provide strategic HR guidance across performance management, talent development, and retention.
- Use HR insights to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and programs.
- Operate with strong autonomy, applying sound judgment and advanced HR expertise.
Requirements
- Significant HR business partnering experience with demonstrated strategic impact.
- Advanced knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and workforce effectiveness.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and communicate clearly across stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and the ability to manage sensitive, complex situations.
- Experience supporting talent and performance initiatives in a fast-changing environment.
