About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and drive organizational effectiveness. In this role, you’ll use advanced HR expertise and strong judgment to support workforce performance and sustainable business results, with significant autonomy in how you lead initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals
- Advise on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent priorities
- Support leaders on employee relations, performance, and sustainable outcomes
- Drive HR programs that improve employee experience and organizational capability
- Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
Requirements
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist/partner role
- Advanced knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law considerations
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
- Strong judgment, autonomy, and decision-making skills in complex situations
- Experience translating business needs into practical HR solutions
