About the Role
Verisign is seeking a senior technical contributor to help strengthen the security, stability, and resiliency of internet infrastructure. In this Engineer IV role within Information Security, you’ll own administration and continuous improvement of enterprise security tools and the platforms that support them.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise information security tools and their underlying infrastructure
- Drive continuous improvements to increase reliability, security, and operational performance
- Ensure security technologies are securely configured, highly available, and properly integrated with enterprise systems
- Act as a technical leader by advising on tool operations, platform changes, and security best practices
Requirements
- Advanced experience supporting and operating security tools in an enterprise environment
- Strong background in security engineering and infrastructure platform administration
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and improve systems through automation and best practices
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate security technologies
