Northmarq is seeking a Senior Investment Broker to join our Portland, Oregon team. In this role, you’ll help drive investment sales growth by supporting commercial real estate clients with expert guidance across debt, equity, and transaction execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage investment sales opportunities to reach production goals
- Partner with internal experts to support deals across debt, equity, and related capital markets services
- Develop client relationships and provide consultative guidance throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth deal execution and strong client communication

Requirements
- Proven experience in investment sales within commercial real estate
- Strong track record of producing business and managing client relationships
