About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior IT Support & Infrastructure Analyst to help maintain and evolve our company’s IT infrastructure. You will support core services such as email, access management, security controls, Windows Server environments, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure components (email, access, and security)
- Administer Windows Server environments and related services
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Administer Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services
- Operate and manage endpoint protection tooling (e.g., Bitdefender, FortiClient EPP, SentinelOne)
- Administer and support firewall solutions
- Manage backup solutions and ensure recoverability
- Apply patches and remediate vulnerabilities to reduce security risk
- Perform incident troubleshooting and conduct root-cause analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, or a related IT field
- At least 5 years of experience supporting IT and managing infrastructure
- Experience with Microsoft Windows platforms and key services
- Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
