About the Role
Oura is hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to lead retail logistics across the Americas. In this role, you’ll help ensure our retail operations run smoothly and reliably as our business continues to grow rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive retail logistics strategy for the Americas region
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities to support retail fulfillment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and service levels
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Monitor logistics KPIs and use data to guide planning and execution
Requirements
- Proven experience leading logistics operations, preferably within retail or consumer goods
- Strong operational leadership and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and driving improvements
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Excellent communication skills across teams and regions
