About the Role
Join IEM and help deliver reliable power solutions to customers nationwide. As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll support the Logistics Supervisor by coordinating outbound shipping activities and helping ensure products arrive on time to customers and distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating outbound shipments to support customer and distribution center delivery schedules
- Monitor order flow and help track shipment status to support timely delivery
- Support day-to-day logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Help maintain accurate shipment documentation and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Contribute to operational improvements that strengthen logistics performance
Requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to service
- Comfort working in a manufacturing or operations environment with changing demands
- Basic understanding of shipping and delivery coordination processes
